What we do.
We help develop strong leaders for better productivity and growth, through fun training, workshops and events.
We’re BUD Leaders, an award-winning Black, female-led training and consultancy social enterprise, consistently rated over 4.7 stars by employees and entrepreneurs.

Our mission
To create more access to opportunities for Global Majority Women and rectify the imbalance we know exists in our society.
We focus on four main areas: Supply Chains, Finance, Networks of Support, and Leadership Skills.
By bringing organisations together through fun experiences and our ChallengeX2 movement, we aim to foster collaboration, innovation, and empowerment between SME’s and Large Organisations, ultimately driving meaningful change and creating a more equitable business landscape.
Developing strong leaders, creates successful organisation
Our bespoke packages of non-boring, experiential training build self-awareness, self-confidence and professional skills in your leaders, helping them succeed .
Our BUD facilitators will energise your company culture, giving your leaders new skills, while boosting the well-being and productivity of your teams and organisations.
We’re here to change the narrative about training, workshops and events
Did you know that those who laugh during learning are able to concentrate more intensely, improve their memory and learn at a faster rate? We’re experts in creating fun and joyful leadership training that’s evidence-based and delivers real outcomes for organisations, both large and small.
From our Hackathon Skill Share Awayday events that energise company teams while creating social impact in local communities, to our extensive Leadership and Organisational Development Programmes, we’re here to make sure that boring training and events are a thing of the past! From small social entrepreneurs to teams in large corporations, we’ve got a leadership solution to meet your needs.
We are seeking to rectify the power imbalance evident in leadership across organisations in the UK.
Our approach is two-pronged: we work with Global Majority women-owned organisations to offer support addressing the systemic barriers to progression they are facing, and with large corporations, trusts and government bodies to increase diversity in their supply chains, investments and throughout their businesses.
Our work fosters collaboration, empathy and knowledge-sharing. Together, we move towards equity and this benefits everyone.
We invite you to join us, and build a fairer business world, together.
I want to grow my Global Majority women-owned organisation.

I want to increase equity and diversity in my large organisation.

Why BUD Leaders?
Fun experiences
We’re here to change the narrative about training and workshops. Did you know that those who laugh during learning are able to concentrate more intensely, improve their memory and learn at a faster rate? We create fun, creative and interactive experiences where everyone gets involved!
Tangible outcomes
Yes, we like fun, but we recognise the importance of having something that can be used towards action and change. We ensure that what we design leaves you with tangible actions and outcomes that help overcome the challenges you face.
Lasting legacy
We are not the organisation for you if you just want one-off, tick the box training. We are focused on creating programmes and experiences that create real change, change that lasts. The kind that makes you say, “what has happened here, will not only affect me, but many others in a positive way”.
